Making Homemade Ice Cream

Making Homemade Ice Cream

Yesterday, we made vanilla ice cream in Room Two because we are learning how to turn liquid into a solids. First, we put the ingredients into the middle of the circle.  We used evaporated milk, caster sugar and vanilla.   Next we put them into a bowl and whipped it with an electric beater.  We all had a turn to whip the ingredients.  The mixture turned thick, creamy and fluffy.  Then we put it into the freezer to set.  Later, we took it out and tasted it.  It tasted better than the shop ice cream.  I feel happy that I can make homemade ice cream with my mum.
